Victoria Beckham showed off her thin figure and abs in a rare video.
The mother-of-four, 50, looked thinner than ever as she worked out in her plush home gym on Monday.
The former Spice Girl, who was wearing a Nike sports bra that showed off her six pack and a matching pair of black leggings, filmed herself in the full-length mirrors and shared the clip on her Instagram Story.
Victoria's abdomen was on full display in the snap as she sported a pair of black high-waisted leggings with a Nike sports bra.
The fashion designer then paraded down her gym's "catwalk" to give fans a 3D view of her figure.
She previously said on Instagram when showing off the gym: 'Okay so I'm very excited because someone has put a catwalk in my gym.
'I mean how cool is this? I literally have a catwalk in the gym... Oh my god." The star has been famously obsessed with her body image for decades.
She recently told Grazia: "I never want to look like I’m complaining, but there were times in the past that I haven’t felt confident enough to sit on a beach and watch my children play."
Victoria routinely works out with her former footballer star husband David Beckham, and the England star previously revealed that his wife has mostly stuck to eating grilled fish and steamed vegetables on a daily basis for the past 26 years.
The only time she deviated from that was when she was pregnant with their daughter Harper, 11, Beckham claimed.
"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate from that.
"The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing."
“It was one of my favourite evenings," added Beckham, 49, who also shares sons Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 19, with his wife.
"I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since." Victoria previously spoke about her being a "nightmare" with food.
She also told River Cafés Table 4 podcast: "To most restaurants I'm probably their worst nightmare. I love some steamed vegetables, some balsamic vinegar and then to season myself.
"I like things to be cooked in a very simple way. I don't like oils or butters or sauces. This is where I sound even more boring in the food department."
