The mum-of-four, 49, shared snaps of herself working out on Instagram, telling her followers she was in her "strength training phase".

As his wife pulled off an impressive bench dip, David, 47, can be seen flexing his athletic physique.
But because his bottom half is blurred with his only his bare torso in view, fans thought the former footballer was in his birthday suit.
Even Victoria got in on the joke as she pointed out her husband with a little arrow on her story alongside two laughing face emojis.
David paid tribute to his wife today as she celebrated her birthday.
The father-of-four shared a snap of the couple with his 'Victoria' tattoo on display.
He captioned the adorable pic: "Happy Birthday to the most amazing wife and mummy x someone who inspires us every single day we love you and you deserve to have the most perfect day happy Birthday @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven."
Victoria's son Romeo, 20, also shared a loving post to his mum alongside a picture of the pair cuddled up together.
He wrote: "Happy birthday to the best mum out there love you so much."
Meanwhile, Spice Girl Melanie C shared a collection of throwback photos of the pair throughout the years.
She wrote: "Happy Birthday @victoriabeckham ! If you’re feeling a bit old today remember we’re still younger than Geri! (Love you Ginge!)"

The 24-year-old and billionaire's daughter, 28, were joined by David and Victoria at a gathering stateside.
The event in Florida was aimed at allegedly ending the feud between Victoria and Nicola after rumours of tension within the family following Brooklyn and Nicola's lavish wedding just last year.
The meet-up last weekend was said to have reunited both couples at the Peltz family home in Palm Beach ahead of the newlyweds' first anniversary.
