Victoria Beckham shared a sweet post to mark her daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz's birthday - squashing theories that the pair's relationship is in turmoil.
Rumours have been circulating that since Nicola and Victoria's son Brooklyn tied the knot last year, there have been tensions in the family, however, in her most recent Instagram offering, there seems to be no problem between the former Spice Girl and her son's wife.
And as the actress turns 28 today, Victoria shared a sweet picture of them both and fans even noticed that Nicola was donning a Victoria Beckham design.
Alongside the snap, she wrote: "Happy Birthday Nicola. Hope you have a lovely day. xx"
Nicola replied: "Thank you so much!", with three pink heart emojis.
Victoria's husband, footballer David Beckham, also wished his daughter-in-law a happy birthday on social media.
He wrote: "Happy Birthday (heart emoji) Have a lovely day @nicolaannepeltzbeckham", along side a snap of the blonde beauty.
And Nicola's husband Brooklyn shared a sweet post too. He wrote: "Happy early birthday to the woman that changed my life. I love you so much baby and I am so lucky to be able to wake up to your gorgeous face every morning. Hope you have the most amazing birthday because you deserve the world."
The rumours were that Victoria and Nicola 'fell out' because Nicola didn't wear a wedding dress designed by her mother-in-law when she married Brooklyn last year, and opted for a Valentino number instead.
In August last year, Nicola addressed the rumours saying they simply were not true.
The actress said that she had hoped to wear a Victoria Beckham designed gown but was unable to. Nicola has told Variety in a joint interview with her husband Brooklyn, 23: "I was going to and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realised that her atelier couldn’t do it, so then I had to pick another dress.
"She didn’t say you can’t wear it; I didn’t say I didn’t want to wear it. That’s where it started, and then they ran with that".
Meanwhile, Brooklyn insisted things in the fold are fine as he added: "I’ve learned they’re always going to try to write stuff like that."
