Victoria Beckham has revealed all about her intense fitness regime and set the record straight regarding her daily diet.
The Spice Girl, 48, has corrected David Beckham 's claims that she has 'eaten the same meal every day for 25 years' - confessing that her husband's comments earlier this year made her 'sound boring'.
Victoria - who last month was blasted by a top chef over her 'strange' food requests - shared details of her daily routine and love of 'extreme' treatments in her latest interview with Vogue Australia.
The mum-of-four's interview took place in her London home, where "she ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, uphill" after waking up at 6.45am prior to sitting down for a chat.
After dropping youngest child Harper, 10, off at school the fashion designer then enjoyed a "gruelling one-hour weights session", before her daily routine got a little more luxurious with a professional blow dry.
Following a discussion about her successful fashion line - and a lookback her infamous WAG style - conversation then turned to David's comments about her daily diet during an interview in January this year.
"I get quite emotional about food and wine. When I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it," the former England captain explained on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast.
"Unfortunately, I'm married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I've met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She'll very rarely deviate away from there."
"I mean, talk about making me sound boring!" Victoria tells Vogue, with the publication noting she rolls her eyes when discussing her husband's claim in her latest interview.
"No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone who’s more disciplined with the way that they eat. I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing.
"I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink. I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking."
Victoria goes on to reveal that she takes Augustinus Bader skin supplements, pops Skinaide collagen peptide powder in her coffee and drinks apple cider vinegar each morning as part of her daily routine.
The former singer is also a fan of a new Gold’s Gym Diamond One device, an intense training session - telling Vogue: "I look at it and feel physically sick."
Elsewhere during her most recent chat, Victoria also reflects on daughter Harper growing up in the public eye and her concern that her youngest child may be subjected to body shaming one day in the future.
Victoria admits that the prospect is "quite terrifying, I can’t lie" but Harper isn't on social media so she and David don't have to worry just yet.
She also candidly shares how Harper will sometimes critique her past fashion choices - telling her how her skirts during her days as Posh Spice were " just too short".
