Victoria Beckham has come under fire from cruel mum-shamers for her daughter Harper's birthday outfit as she celebrates turning 12.

Harper, the youngest of Victoria and husband David Beckham's children, turned 12 today with mum Victoria sharing some snaps from the family celebrations on Instagram.

As part of her birthday celebrations, the pre-teen was treated to afternoon tea at Prada Caffè in Harrods alongside her older brothers Romeo and Cruz.
