Victoria Beckham is spiralling into paranoia as a forthcoming tell-all book threatens to expose long-buried secrets of the Beckham family empire, sources close to the fashion designer have claimed this week.
The volume, working title Brand Beckham: The Fame, the Feuds, the Fallout, penned by Daily Mail journalist Alison Boshoff and slated for Penguin release in August, has her convinced that betrayal lurks around every corner.
