Victoria Beckham has reportedly been left feeling concerned for Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz-Beckham amid the lawsuit between their wedding planners and Nicola's father.
Billionaire Nelson Peltz, 80, has taken legal action against the owners of Plan Design Events, Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba, demanding the return of the huge deposit (worth £132,000) paid to them for helping to plan his 28-year-old daughter Nicola’s wedding last year.
Nelson filed the lawsuit last year, with the wedding planners hitting back.
Plan Design Events' lawyer David Rosemberg said: "My clients have impeccable reputations within the event-planning industry and among their high-end clientele worldwide. They operate their business with the utmost integrity and discretion.
"The lawsuit that was filed by Nelson Peltz is frivolous and unimpressive. Relevant and complete emails and text messages that address the misleading statements contained in the complaint will be revealed in discovery as part of my clients' response to the complaint, including in support of the counterclaim they intend to file," he told the Mail On Sunday.
Nicola and her family are reportedly feeling "incredibly stressed", "upset" and "embarrassed" by the lawsuit playing out publicly.
As the lawsuit continues to rumble on, it has been reported Victoria has been left feeling concerned for Brooklyn, 24, and Nicola, 28.
It has been claimed a source told heat magazine Victoria has been "speaking to Brooklyn daily".
The insider said: "Posh is now not only worried about the case itself, but how the whole scandal could affect Brooklyn's relationship with Nicola."
And the source claimed Victoria knows Brooklyn and Nicola are a "strong couple" and she is "hoping they can weather the storm".
But Posh is said to be having "sleepless nights" over the concern.
Amid Victoria's reported concerns for the couple, who wed in April last year, Brooklyn and Nicola were spotted in a loved-up display as they supported David Beckham's wife at her Paris Fashion Week show.
Brooklyn shared a string of photos of the couple together at the event on his Instagram page and wrote in the caption: "What an amazing show @victoriabeckham x so proud".
Days later, Nicola posted a snap of herself and her husband sharing a kiss at the Valentino show in Paris.
She tagged designer and Valentino's creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli and wrote in the caption of her Instagram share: "Congratulations on another stunning show @maisonvalentino love you all so much!"
