Jesse Marsch admits he's not surprised to see Victor Orta linked with Chelsea but stresses how happy the director of football is at Elland Road. The Blues are reportedly ready to set up interviews for their sporting director vacancy - and are looking to target Leeds United's Victor Orta as a primary candidate, according to the Mirror.
Nonetheless, the Whites head coach stresses the 'incredible relationship' Orta has at Elland Road and hopes the Spaniard will stay at the club despite the reported interest. Marsch said: "Yeah, Chelsea, listen, I am not surprised that he's been linked to some to some big jobs. I can unequivocally say that he is very happy here and we have an incredible relationship.
"Along with Angus and Andrea, I think we've worked really well as a team. I think we worked incredibly well in the transfer window.
