Men and women across the UK 'lived in constant fear' of a stalker who made hundreds of fake Instagram and Facebook profiles.
Matthew Hardy, 30, of Forest Place, Northwich, created hundreds of fake social media profiles on Instagram and Facebook to stalk and harass people across the UK.
Chester Crown Court heard on Wednesday, January 26, how Hardy would sometimes pose as friends and family members of the people he stalked in order to gather information about them that would cause embarrassment.
