Vice President Kamala Harris is set to embark on a series of campaign stops in the Philadelphia area this Sunday, strategically targeting key coalitions in the City of Brotherly Love. The focus of her visit will be on the Black and Latino neighborhoods, aiming to drive voter turnout in battleground Pennsylvania, where a closely contested race is anticipated.

During her visit, Harris plans to attend a service and deliver remarks at a Black church in West Philadelphia. She will also engage with young Black men at a local barbershop in the same area. Additionally, the vice president will make her way to North Philadelphia, where she is scheduled to visit a Puerto Rican restaurant and meet with families at a youth basketball facility in the northwest part of the city.

Described as intimate and interactive, these campaign stops underscore Harris's approach to connecting with Black and Latino voters in the final stretch of her campaign. As Election Day looms just over a week away, the Harris campaign is actively canvassing across Pennsylvania, with volunteers knocking on doors to rally support. Since launching her campaign in July, Harris has made a total of 14 visits to Pennsylvania, including seven trips to the Philadelphia area.
