Two men whose convictions for raping a young woman after a friend's 21st birthday were overturned have been found guilty again.
Shaun Bloomfield and Luke Merryfull were both charged with raping the woman in a caravan after a party in Balmoral, a tight-knit country town in western Victoria.
The trio were alone in a caravan in April 2016 when the woman says they raped and sexually assaulted her in the early hours of the morning.
They had been at a rural property were a local woman's 21st birthday was being enjoyed in a joint celebration marking her father' 60th birthday in April 2016.
The men, both now in their late 20s, each admitted having sex with the woman. They disputed that it was not consensual.
A jury on Tuesday convicted Bloomfield of two charges of rape and one of sexual assault after a trial in the County Court. Merryfull was found guilty of one charge of rape.
They were first convicted in 2019. Bloomfield was then jailed for five years and eight months, while Merryfull was sentenced to four years and 10 months in prison.
Their convictions were quashed by the Court of Appeal and a retrial was ordered.
Both men will remain on bail before a fresh pre-sentence hearing in December.
