Kilmarnock and Ayr United found out their Viaplay Cup group stage opponents this afternoon.
The SPFL season may have only finished four days ago, but clubs are already finding out their fate for the national competition.
The tournament kicks off on Saturday, July 15 and the Ayrshire sides learnt who they'll be facing in the groups.
Kilmarnock were in pot one and they will take on Raith Rovers, Dunfermline Athletic, Annan Athletic and Albion Rovers.
Meanwhile pot two Ayr United square-off against St Johnstone, Alloa Athletic, Stirling Albion and Stenhousemuir.
Dates for group stage matches: MD1: weekend of July 15/16; MD2: midweek of July 18/19; MD3: weekend of July 22/23; MD4: midweek of July 25/26; MD5: weekend of July 29/30.
Other key dates for the competition: second round: weekend of August 19/20; quarter-finals: midweek of September 26-28; semi-finals: weekend of November 4/5; final: Sunday, December 17.
