‘Bum scooting’ is a sign that your dog is feeling itchy and uncomfortable down there. It could be because your dog has worms, itchy skin, or full anal glands (the scent glands in your dog’s bottom.) Less commonly, it can be a sign of something more serious, like a tumour.
