A UK vet has shared a video on TikTok explaining the four breeds of cat he would never buy, including one he describes as aggressive and dangerous. Dr Ben Simpson-Vernon said in the clip that while he wouldn't buy any of the breeds, he would adopt any cat if it needed to be rescued.
He also told viewers the video is based on his opinion as a vet - and his points of view do not mean other people should not get the breeds of cats he mentions, reports The Mirror. He said: "T here is science to back up what I'm saying, but ultimately this is my opinion."
One of the four breeds he listed are Bengals, which he described as "beautiful looking cats". However, he said they are "quite wild" as they are hybrids between a type of wild cat called Asian Leopard Cat and domestic cat breeds.
