'Venereal Disease:' Charlie Munger Says Bitcoin And Other Cryptos Are 'Beneath Contempt'

Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK-A) (NYSE: BRK-B) Vice Chairman Charlie Munger has again shown his dislike for Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) and other cryptocurrencies, calling them a “venereal disease.”

What Happened: Speaking at the Daily Journal Corp.’s (NASDAQ:DJCO) annual meeting on Wednesday, Munger said he was proud of the fact that he avoided investing in cryptocurrencies.
