Varanasi: Shringar Gauri case hearing now on August 4

VARANASI: Hearing in the Shringar Gauri-Gyanvapi mosque case could not take place in the court of the district judge here on Monday as all legal work was postponed after the death of a veteran lawyer.

“The court of the district judge has fixed August 4 as the next date of hearing in the case,” said district government counsel (civil) Mahendra Prasad Pandey, mentioning that no legal work took place in the district court after the demise of veteran lawyer Kamla Kant.
