A federal judge has ruled against Blake Lively in her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni, dismissing her claims of emotional distress in their lawsuit regarding the film “It Ends with Us.” The decision came just months before the trial is set to begin in March 2025.

According to Hindustan Times, Judge Lewis J Liman of the Southern District of New York denied Lively’s request to withdraw her emotional distress claims on Tuesday. The judge specified that these claims would not be dismissed without prejudice unless both parties agreed to the terms.
