LUCKNOW: After Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said that only a person who has a family can understand others' pain, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday hit back as to why the pain of Muslim women, who were victims of triple talaq, was not realised by “those having families”.
Asserting that the “whole Hindustan” was his 'parivar’, he lashed out at the opposition, essentially the SP, for ignoring the difficulties faced by Muslim women “for the sake of a vote bank”.
