Uttar Pradesh polls: Akhilesh Yadav is weak bowler, BJP will hit a four, says Union minister Amit Shah

LUCKNOW: Invoking one of India's most favourite sports, Union home minister Amit Shah on Monday said that Samajwadi Pary chief Akhilesh Yadav had bowled a full toss and a good batsman never lets go of such a ball, and therefore, BJP supporters should hit a boundary even in 2022.

"In 2013, BJP started a 'vijay abhiyan' from Kushinagar, and in 2014, the entire country voted for Modiji with full majority. Akhilesh is a weak bowler and we have to hit him for a four," Shah said at a rally in Kushinagar on Monday.
