For Rohit Kumar Yadav, a head constable in the government railway police (GRP) in Unnao, teaching around 125 children of Sikandrapur Karn block after his duty hours was an integral part of daily routine since September 2018.
On July 16, he received the order for his transfer to civil police in Jhansi. The news left his students heartbroken and shattered.
