LUCKNOW: Attacking the BJP for not owning up its failure to restore proper power supply in the state and citing reasons like closure of power generation units due to technical faults as cause for power outages, Samajwadi Party (SP)chief Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said the government’s job is not to cite reasons behind problems but to find solutions.
“Sarkar samasya batane ke liye nahi, nivaran ke liye hoti hai (The government’s job is not to give reasons behind problems but to provide solutions),” he tweeted along with a news clipping in which energy minister AK Sharma was quoted as saying that some power generation units were lying shut for several weeks due to technical reasons.
