MEERUT: Days after the factory blast, Hapur district administration raided 23 industrial units in Dhaulana. Most of them were found violating safety norms, while others turned out to be shut or under construction.
TOI, on June 05 published about the blast in Roohi Industries, situated in Hapur's Dhaulana Industrial area, that killed 13 workers and injured 21. A day after this, police revealed that the factory had license of making electronic toys and small goods but were making firecrackers.
