Utah Hockey Club Finalists For Permanent Team Name

The Utah Hockey Club has announced three finalists for its permanent team name for the 2025-26 NHL season. The finalists are the Utah Mammoth, Utah Hockey Club, and Utah Wasatch. The final team name will be decided through fan voting.

Initially, the club intended to include Yeti as a finalist; however, due to trademark issues with Yeti Coolers, it was replaced by Wasatch. Yeti Coolers holds a unique trademark preventing the use of the word 'Yeti' in branding and merchandising.
