USMNT’s Chris Richards declares himself ‘ready’ for World Cup opener

U.S. defender Chris Richards has declared himself ready for the World Cup 2026, less than four weeks after suffering a significant left ankle injury.

Richards joined the American squad at their Orange County training base on Wednesday, eager to participate in preparations for their home World Cup opener against Paraguay this Friday night in Los Angeles.
