A finalized draft of the US-Ukraine resources agreement has been presented to Washington, focusing on establishing a reconstruction fund for Ukraine. However, key technical details, particularly security guarantees, are yet to be resolved, as per a Ukrainian source familiar with the negotiations.
The source revealed that the American side is hesitant about including security guarantees in the agreement. Ukrainian officials are hopeful that this issue can be addressed in a future meeting between Presidents Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump.
