The US State Department revealed on Monday that it does not have an accurate count of the total number of Americans still in Ukraine, other than remaining US government personnel.
Ned Price, the agency’s spokesman, said at a press conference that much like the situation in Afghanistan the US government had no tally of the total number of people with US citizenship living or temporarily staying in Ukraine as the US government has no requirements for Americans to register their foreign travel or movements.
