Tractor Supply Hal Lawton Drought Gas Prices

Drought and high gas prices hammered the earnings of a popular rural lifestyle retailer, leading to a staggering number of store closures.

Tractor Supply Co. announced in an earnings call Friday that it will shutter around 75 of its 206 Petsense locations, a pet-store brand the company bought in 2016.
