A South Carolina pastor and his wife have been arrested after a former foster child accused them of sexual abuse, authorities said.
Rodney Gibson and Kawiana Young, both 50, have been charged with unlawful conduct with a minor, while Gibson faces additional charges, including first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
