US comedian Sarah Silverman mocked the Welsh flag and we're not standing for it

What the heck, Sarah Silverman?

We showcased to you our beautiful, fairytale surroundings, showed you sheep, that you loved, taught you how to swear in Welsh, gave you a hot and talented actor boyfriend and you turn around and take the mick out of the best flag in the world?

The Marry Me and Space Jam star released a clip of her latest podcast episode and revealed that she had been contacted by a listener from Wales, which she was really happy to hear.

She might have lost that one Welsh listener, perhaps, with what came next... she told her listeners that she'd wind up her ex, Michael Sheen, with her views on the Welsh flag.

"He would get so mad because he's such a proud Welshman," she says. "And Wales is f*cking beautiful, but, I don't know if you've ever seen the Welsh flag but it makes me laugh so hard. It honestly looks like a drawing that a 12-year-old boy drew on the cover of his Mead notebook."

Yeh, we have butt and it's epic (YouTube)

Following that up with an impression lots of 12-year-old boys might take issue with, she then urged viewers to look at the flag.

Sarah is not impressed by the dragon design (YouTube)

I've seen loads of attempts at trying to draw our flag, and believe me, you have to be pretty good at drawing to copy that. Besides, it's got an actual dragon on it, A DRAGON.

Back in 2017 Sarah visited the Land of My Fathers and she dated Sheen between 2014 and 2017, before 'consciously uncoupling' with the actor over Christmas.
