A recall has been issued for a popular baby monitor sold in Ireland.
The Bluebell Baby Monitor has been recalled due to concerns it does not adequately monitor children. The item is sold online by Boots, Currys and McCabes Pharmacy.
Regulatory body Comreg issued a statement on the recall through their website. An issue with the data transfer between the monitor and its supporting app prompted the recall.
People who bought the monitor are urged to stop using it with immediate effect. People should contact their individual supplier for further information on the recall.
