Urgent police appeal to find missing woman who vanished several weeks ago

Police are growing increasingly for the safety of a woman who vanished from a residential street in Bury several weeks ago.

Jessica was last seen on Carlton Street and Kestrel Drive on December 31 and was seen wearing a pair of black leggings.

She hasn't been seen by her family since three weeks ago in the Bury area. She is suspected to have links to the Bury, Rochdale and Heywood area of Greater Manchester.

She is described as a white Irish female, 5ft 4inches tall, of medium build, and with brown shoulder length hair. She has blue eyes, and a birth mark on one shoulder (unknown which arm) and a tattoo of Ying and Yang on the other arm.

Police have released a picture of Jessica in the hope that someone might recognise her, as they appealed for anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.

In a post on Twitter, the force said: "Jessica was last seen on Carlton Street, Bury and Kestrel Drive Bury on December 31. She has links to Bury, Rochdale & Heywood Police are concerned about Jessica and want to see her found safe and well.
