Uttar Pradesh on Monday announced that it will set up a high-level Global Capability Centre (GCC) Advisory Board and is targeting 10% of all new GCCs established in the country as it looks to attract more multinational companies setting up technology, engineering, and research centres in India.
Announcing the roadmap at the GCC Summit 2026, Alok Kumar, principal secretary, information technology and electronics, said the state is focusing on policy support, digital infrastructure, talent development, and coordination across departments to attract new GCC investments.
