UP polls: Samajwadi Party doesn't want poor & youth to get benefit of govt schemes, says Yogi Adityanath

GORAKHPUR/BALRAMPUR/SIDDHARTHNAGAR: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday lambasted the Samajwadi Party (SP) for obstructing government plans of distributing tabs and smartphones to students.

He said SP sought Election Commission's intervention to stop the government from distributing tabs and smartphones because SP does not want the poor to prosper. The CM announced that such intervention will not deter the BJP government and from March 10 onwards it will distribute 2 crore tabs and smartphones to the youth. He also accused the BSP of having failed to work for the upliftment of the poor.
