Lucknow: On the second day of the monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, former UP Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Akhilesh Yadav targeted the Yogi government over the increasing human rights violations in the state. Akhilesh Yadav raised the issue of a helpless father of Sitapur, who brought his child to Lucknow with oxygen cylinder but could not get treatment even in the state capital
Akhilesh Yadav drew the attention of the Speaker towords the Human Rights Commission's notice to the government regarding the helpless father who knocked At every possible door for the treatment of his 11-month child and said the government has not even responded to this Commission's notice.
Sitapur resident Ranjit Ram Kashyap admitted his son in private hospital as he was suffering from internal bleeding. But as his condition worsened the doctors referred the patient to the KGMU Lucknow with oxygen. But even in KGMU he could not get the treatment.
