Labour’s record of governing Wales was never going to be “writ large” as the blueprint for a Westminster government, Mark Drakeford has said.
But the Labour First Minister of the Welsh Government said Wales’ record would “play its part” in forming ideas for a Labour prospectus to govern the whole of the UK.
