Many people who claim Universal Credit and other benefits could be paid early this week.
Due to the upcoming Easter weekend, some claimants' payment dates will be moved forward. Because there are two bank holidays across the four days, benefit payments may not happen on their usual day.
Good Friday falls on April 15 with Easter Monday on April 18. So if your usual Universal Credit or other benefit payment date falls on the 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th, you can expect your April money today (April 14).
