The World Baseball Classic is set to begin group stage play on March 8th, and Team USA is looking to defend its title as the reigning champions. In preparation for the tournament, Team USA will be calling the San Francisco Giants facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona, their home base.
Team USA will be training at Scottsdale Stadium until the opening pool round, where they will also play an exhibition game hosted by the Giants on Wednesday night. This move will provide the team with an excellent opportunity to train and prepare for the competition ahead of them.
