Union Bureaucracy: Who will be new Cabinet Secretary, Home Secretary?

New Delhi: After a major reshuffle in the Union Bureaucracy last midnight, speculations are high in the power corridors as to who will get the coveted post of Cabinet Secretary.

At the same time, a few names are also taking rounds for the post of Home Secretary.
