NEW DELHI: Kolkata Knight Riders celebrated their third Indian Premier League title in grand style, crushing Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final held at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday. The emphatic victory not only highlighted KKR's dominance but also showcased the pivotal role of Rinku Singh, whose 'God's plan' mantra has become emblematic of the team's success.
The jubilant atmosphere within the KKR camp was palpable as the franchise shared an electrifying video on its social media handle, capturing Rinku's exuberant celebration.
The video was aptly captioned, "GOD'S PLAN, ft Rinku Singh. Unfiltered joy & pure adoration like a child's dream coming true. One dream ticked, On to the next one now."

Reflecting on the journey, Rinku remarked, "Saat saal se iss team ke saath khel raha hoon. Aur saat saal me aaj trophy uthane ka mauka milega. Bas yahi kehna chahunga, ek sapna pura ho chuka hai, aur ek sapna abhi baaki hai mera - woh hai World Cup. Abhi main padson jaa raha hoon, agla jo hai woh World Cup hoga. KKR co-owner Shah Rukh Khan, a constant supporter and motivator for the team, couldn't contain his excitement too. Shah Rukh's affection for the team was evident as he embraced almost every player, and in a heartwarming moment, he planted a kiss on team mentor Gautam Gambhir's forehead.
