Ulrika Jonsson has been candid about her love of having sex with younger men, though she's admitted that she has a strict age limit when it comes to her partners.
The presenter, 54, made her remarks amid speculation over the dating lives of Madonna, 63, and Thandiwe Newton, 49 - who have both been linked to younger men recently.
Jonsson said she is "quite in awe of these women" as they provide a contrast to the perception that it is "shameful" for a woman of a certain age to date someone much younger.
The former weather presenter has herself been known to date younger men, with her explaining that it can be "electrifying" and often provides "variety" in the bedroom.
Writing in a piece for the Sun, she said that her approach is that she has "more years behind [her] than in front" so she wants to just "go with the flow" and see what happens.
As a result, she estimates that most of the men she has dated in the past year have been in their mid-twenties, with her writing candidly about her sexual experience.
She said whilst the sex isn't always "superior" to that with older men, it is a "considerably more varied experience," adding that there is often "a bit more variety and openness."
She said that there is "often a greater stamina to contend with too," with her further commenting that "their tank is still full and their imagination is going at full throttle."
The presenter - who appeared on Celebs Go Dating earlier this year - said that can be "electrifying" for a woman over 50 who thought there wasn't much excitement left in life.
She added that the conversation with a younger man can be "fresh and interesting" whilst dating because their mindset and experience aren't the same as hers'.

Jonsson - who is a mum of four and divorced her third husband Brian Monet a few years ago - stated that dating younger men can make women feel "completely different" about themselves.
"It's rather like you have been driven around in an old banger for years and suddenly you get the chance to sit behind the wheel of a shiny, bright, new sports car," she wrote.
She however said younger men come with negatives, citing that they "tend to be more inconsistent and unreliable," adding that there can be an "underlying selfishness and ego."
Jonsson said that she hadn't been "intentionally seeking" younger men, with her stating that when she joined a dating app just over a year ago she forgot to set an age range.
Discussing her restrictions, the former Gladiators presenter said that she has made the decision not to date anyone who is younger than her older son - who is currently 27.
Summarising her approach, she said: "I like the idea of continuing to grow as a person and that is only going to happen if I am learning new tricks. I don't want to stand still."
