A protester was escorted from City Hall on Thursday after challenging London mayor Sadiq Khan on his plan to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone (Ulez) to Greater London.
At the same event, money saving expert Martin Lewis appeared to raise concerns over the timing of the plan.
