Ukrainian scam suspect arrested in Phuket

PHUKET: Immigration police in the nation's popular southern island province arrested a 26-year-old Ukrainian man wanted under an Interpol Red Notice for alleged investment scams on Tuesday.

Phuket immigration police announced the apprehension but withheld the suspect's name and the location of the bust.
