Ukrainian family who fled to Scotland given filthy flat with old nappy in fridge

A family who fled the war in Ukraine has been housed in a dirty flat which had an old nappy in the fridge.

Valeria Liukovych, 31, brought her child, husband and severely disabled father to be with her mother Tamara.

They arrived on Sunday and were supposed to move into a council flat in Rutherglen, near Glasgow, but it was too filthy.
