French President Emmanuel Macron has suggested a truce in the Ukraine war could be weeks way following talks with Donald Trump.

In an interview with Fox News after the meeting in Washington, Mr Macron said it was “feasible” to talk about the start of negotiations for a sustainable peace within weeks.
