Ukraine Claims Destruction of Russian Warship in Black Sea
Ukraine announced today that it has successfully destroyed the Russian warship Caesar Kunikov, marking a significant achievement in its ongoing conflict with Russia. The attack was carried out using a Magura drone, with the video footage showing a bright circle of light followed by a fireball on the water surface. With a top speed of 50 miles per hour, they can carry payloads of up to 600 pounds of explosives. Notably, these drones have been previously used to attack the Kerch Bridge, a significant infrastructure connecting Russia with Crimea.
Ukraine claims that the destruction of the Caesar Kunikov marks the 25th Russian ship that has been disabled. These sea drones have had a major impact on Russia's Black Sea fleet, severely hampering their operations in the region.
