UK to unveil sanctions for Russian oligarchs but US warns it’s too late

New sanctions will be imposed on Russian oligarchs and businesses as part of a plan to dissuade the Kremlin from invading Ukraine, reports say.

The sanctions will target oligarchs with alleged links to the Russian government and will include asset freezes and travels bans.
