The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to defensive back recruit Ondre Evans. Evans is a member of the class of 2024. Kirby Smart, Fran Brown, and company extended a scholarship offer to the four-star cornerback after he had an impressive workout at the University of Georgia.
UGA has the No. 1 class of 2024 at the moment. The Bulldogs hold commitments from 16 prospects. Five-star cornerback Ellis Robinson is the only cornerback commitment that Georgia has in the 2024 cycle. The Bulldogs are looking to bolster their cornerback group with additional talent.
Ondre Evans plays high school football for Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville, Georgia. Evans is ranked as the No. 340 recruit in the class of 2024. Evans is considered the No. 30 cornerback and the eighth-ranked recruit in Tennessee.
The 6-foot, 180-pound cornerback also runs track and field. Ondre Evans holds scholarship offers from Duke, LSU, Louisville, Georgia Tech, Virginia, and more.
What is one way that Ondre Evans impressed in his workout? Evans has outstanding speed. In fact, he set the school record at his high school with a 10.55 second 100-meter dash.
