The team added the new Supreme Team Pass, which brings winter-themed rewards, early 2025 Supreme Team packs and Roberto Carlos as the newest Legend. The update also adds new pack previews, introduces the Aurora Arena and includes the first December Game Changers Pack.

    • Fixed how weak foot affects shot power.
  • Improved pass target selection during free kicks in the defensive half.

  • Fixes:
    • Fixed an issue where passes with low power buildup would incorrectly target the opposite flank.

AI Assist, Bot

Defensive AI Behavior:

  • Improved player positioning under the Active Contain mechanic. Positioning now more strongly depends on the perceived threat of the opponent’s direction of movement with the ball.
  • Introduced a new interception stance: the player will attempt to position between the opponent and the ball to block potential pass trajectories.
  • Player attributes will now have a greater impact on how quickly players react to changes in the opponent’s movement direction and when switching to a new pressing target.

Attacking AI Behavior:

  • Improved positioning inside the box: players will move more actively, change positions more frequently, and stay closer to the ball.
  • Increased the impact of player attributes on how effectively players get open for a pass inside the penalty area.

Set pieces:

  • “Push Squad Forward” / “Pull Squad Back” (LB/RB) mechanics can now be used unlimited times while the set piece is active.
  • Improved positioning of the attacking team’s defensive line after being called back.
  • Improved midfield positioning on free kicks taken from your own half or the centre of the pitch. Players will stay closer to the ball to provide more options for a short and safe set-piece play.

Defensive Bot Behavior:

  • Based on the situation on the pitch and the positioning of teammates, the bot can now play first-touch ground passes.
  • The types of crosses into the penalty area have been refined to add variety and improve the effectiveness of the bot’s actions.
  • The bot can now evaluate the situation and attempt first-time shots on goal.
  • Dribbling effectiveness has been rebalanced for the highest difficulty level.

Attacking Bot Behavior:

  • The frequency and effectiveness of sliding tackles have been rebalanced across all difficulty levels.
  • The frequency and effectiveness of standing tackles have also been rebalanced across all difficulty levels.
  • The bot’s defensive behaviour on higher difficulty levels has been slightly adjusted to better reflect the expected standard of play.

  • Fixed issue with bots performing aggressive slide tackles from behind too frequently.
  • Fixed referee positioning during set pieces.
  • Fixed bot player switching logic during shots on goal.
  • Fixed bot switching to the goalkeeper after missed shots.
  • Fixed bot movement direction when using active tackle.
