Jorge Masvidal has mocked UFC rival Conor McGregor by using Proper 12 whiskey to clean a cut on his foot.
Masvidal has continued to push for a fight McGregor in recent weeks, as the former two-weight champion is looking to make his return after breaking his leg last July. In his latest call-out of the Irishman, Masvidal mocked the alcohol content of his whiskey brand.
The success of McGregor's whiskey took him to No.1 on last year's Forbes list of highest-paid athletes. He sold his stake to Proximo Spirits for £125million, but Masvidal is by no means a fan of the whiskey as he labelled it "cheap s***".
“Got a little cut on my foot, jumping in my pool doing backflips and frontflips. It doesn’t heal up because, ya know, f****ng keeps getting damaged when I go on the wrestling mats and s***," Masvidal said in the video.
“So I needed some rubbing alcohol or something like rubbing alcohol and we don’t have none in this house and then my brother had a bright idea – look at this cheap-a**, f***ing s***.
“Somebody was giving it out on the street. Gonna pour it on the cut real quick because that’s probably all it’s good for, ya know? Cheap a** whiskey. This s*** doesn’t even sting, this s*** is f***ing trash, bro. What’s the content of alcohol in this s***, bro?”
Masvidal thinks a clash with McGregor would make for the biggest fight in UFC history, something the American's coach Mike Brown also believes. 'Gamebred' accused McGregor of avoiding his callouts and believes the Irishman would insult him personally if he wanted the fight.

“No, Conor doesn’t want the fight,” Masvidal told MMA Fighting. “If he did, he’d post something, he’d say something, he’d probably just insult my mom or some relative of mine, my nation, where I come from, something like that. I think we’d shatter all numbers, all previous records, but for some reason this guy doesn’t want to entertain it
McGregor responded to Masvidal's interview by tweeting to his rival: “Insult your mum? What a loser you are, mate. Me and your mum get along.” Masvidal then hit back at the Irishman by writing: “Yeah, my mum loves you. She knows you are about to be the biggest paycheck for me and a relatively easy fight.”
