Conor McGregor's fiancee Dee Devlin has had the UFC star's name tattooed on her body as she celebrated her 35th birthday.
The couple have been together for over 20 years and have survived McGregor's rollercoaster journey through the UFC which saw him become a two-weight world champion. They also have three children together; Croia, Conor Jr and Rian.
McGregor has not fought since he broke his leg in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier last summer and was recently announced as having been cast in a remake of classic film Road House alongside Jake Gyllenhaal. The Irishman has also been partying of late and is set to remain sidelined until 2023.
And ahead of Ms. Devlin's birthday next week, the couple made their love permanent with the new tattoo which consists of "Conor" blending into a heart trace and a love heart. Fans were initially left baffled as to who had been inked but McGregor later posted a video of him giving his fiancee a Cartier watch with her new tattoo visible in the footage.
McGregor has shown little sign of resuming full-time training despite visiting his coach John Kavanagh's gym last month. The Irishman had initially been pencilled in for a return to the cage this summer but it has been pushed back until at least the end of the year.

But with the UFC filing all but one of their pay-per-view headline slots between now and December, McGregor looks set for an extended wait. When he does return, he will likely have a number of options at lightweight, including the winners of Poirier's clash with Michael Chandler and of Charles Oliveira's title fight against Islam Makhachev.
McGregor has also been linked with a rematch with Floyd Mayweather, five years after the boxing legend stopped the Dubliner in the 10th round. But UFC president Dana White has insisted he will refuse to allow his fighter to switch to the boxing ring as he did in 2017.
